• Bulk WhatsApp Messaging (Virtual & API-based)
• Bulk SMS (DLT & Non-DLT)
• RCS Messaging
• Voice Call Services (DND & Non-DND)
• Related communication tools and APIs
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree:
• Not to use services for spam, illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
• To comply with all applicable laws, including TRAI, DLT, and WhatsApp policies
• Not to send misleading, harmful, or prohibited content
• To obtain proper consent from recipients before messaging
Any violation may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
3. Payment & Billing
• All payments made are non-refundable, except where explicitly mentioned
• Pricing may change at any time without prior notice
• Users are responsible for all applicable taxes
4. Refund Policy
• Refunds are only applicable for undelivered message credits, where supported by system reports
• No refunds will be provided for:
• Successfully delivered messages
• Account suspension due to policy violations
• Misuse of services
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Compliance & Restrictions
Users must strictly follow:
• DLT regulations (for SMS in India)
• WhatsApp Business & Meta policies
• Anti-spam and data protection laws
We do not allow:
• Adult content
• Gambling, betting, or illegal services
• Fake offers or misleading promotions
• Political misuse without proper authorization
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
• Block access if suspicious or high-risk activity is detected
• Report violations to authorities if required
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Limitation of Liability
NexMsg is not responsible for:
• Delivery failures due to operator/network issues
• Third-party platform restrictions (WhatsApp, telecom, etc.)
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
All services are provided on a “best effort” basis.
8. Data & Privacy
• We respect user data and do not sell personal information
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account

9. Third-Party Services
Our platform may depend on third-party providers (telecom operators, APIs, etc.).We are not liable for their performance, downtime, or policy changes.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Korba/Chhattisgarh courts.
