• Messages marked as delivered or processed
• Account suspension due to policy violations or misuse
• Incorrect data provided by the user (invalid numbers, wrong targeting, etc.)
• Delays caused by telecom operators, WhatsApp, or third-party services
• Change of mind after purchase

4. Refund Request Process
• Users must raise a refund request within 7 days of the transaction

  • Campaign/report reference
